UWA Marketplace

UWA is a gig and job marketplace built for employers and workers who need a clear path from posting a role to hiring. The product includes public marketplace flows alongside admin tools for jobs, applications, employers, and hiring analytics.

I focused on a responsive UI with Redux Toolkit state management, Ant Design patterns for dense admin tables, and Tailwind for the marketing-facing surfaces, keeping the hiring workflow fast and readable across devices.
